FEE REGULATIONS
For fees refer to the Bank pay-in slips
Fee will be collected by the Bank not in the school office. It can also be paid online on provided User ID/Password to each student for Net banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Paytm.
The quarterly fee schedule, as given in the fee book, is to be followed. All payments must be made by 15th of April, July, October and January.
If the last date of the fee payment ( i.e 15th ) is a holiday or Sunday, payment must be made on the next working day without the late fee.
A penalty of Rs. 300/- per month will be levied on payments made after 15th of the mentioned month.
The student whose fees fall in arrears, is liable to be debarred from attending school and taking the examinations neither will the Report nor Transfer Certificate be issued till all the accounts are fully settled.
Without a leave application for 30 days, the student’s name will be struck off the rolls, Parents are liable to pay the fees upto and including the month in which the students name was struck off including any intervening vacation period.
In case of withdrawal, one month’s notice is required in writing. In lieu of notice, the current month’s and next month’s fee will be charged plus the vacation fee where applicable.
No reduction in fees is made on account of vacations or temporary absence.
Cheques will not be accepted by the Bank.
Please make sure that the three parts of the pay-in-slip are correctly entered with the Code Number, Name, Class ( in Block letters ) and the amount as given in the Schedule of fees while depositing the fees.
