Description:
On the auspicious occasion of India ‘s 67th Independence Day, a special assembly was conducted by 10tth STD, Under the able guidance of their class teachers.
The programme began with the welcoming of the chief guest, Revd. Father John D’ cunha and Sr. Aloysius , our manager by Mrs. Maheshwari. This was followed by the hoisting of the tri-colour by the chief guest and March – Past.
The cultural programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the chief guest, our Principal Revd. Sr. Greta D’souza.
The Prayer service ensued with a prayer dance. This was followed by poems, Contemporary dances and songs, which highlighted the social condition of the country, and what all the students could do for the development of our nation.
All the Student of St. Patrick’s junior college resolved to bring about independence in their thoughts and the society.
The Programme ended with an enlightening speech by our Chief guest and vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Dwivedi
