Description:
On 8th September, the birthday of blessed Mother Mary, the mother of Jesus was also celebrated as Girl Child Day.
A special assembly was put up by the students of class 2 A and 2 B, under the guidance of their class teachers and dance teacher.
The virtues of Mother Mary with the importance of a girl child were presented in the forms of poems, quotations, dances(Prayer dance on Mother Mary and joyous dance on girls).
Light was thrown on the rights and importance of girl child which encourages the girl child to break the shackles and fly high to achieve greatness.
