A seminar was conducted for the Staff Members of St.Patrick’s Jr. College on
2-July-2012. Father Lester Fernandes was the Resource Person who familiarised
the Listener’s with the need of developing our Spiritual and Emotional Quotients
rather than only stressing on our Intelligence Quotient. Through this meaningful
and inspiring talk, discussions and interactive games he revealed the basic
Principles of Education.
