The tiny lots of L.K.G. and U.K.G. celebrated the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, our great national leader on 1st October 2012 in a special assembly witnessed by classes I to V in Junior School Hall.
They started it with a welcome speech for their Principal Sr. Greta followed by the lightning of the lamp. They asked the Lord for his blessings on all of us.
The children spread the message given by “Bapu” through dance performances. The dances were well spaced with short speeches spoken by them to pay homage to “Bapu”.
Sr. Sheela addressed the special assembly with her kind words on behalf of our Principal Sr. Greta. The children thanked her for gracing the occasion.
The program ended with the national anthem. The little ones of L.K.G and U.K.G. awakened the patriotic favor amongst all present in the audience.
We thank our Principal Sr. Greta for giving our children this wonderful opportunity to show their love for their country. We would also like to thank Sr. Sheela and all the parents for their kind co-operation.
